With your perfidy,
You bit my heart
And my life became infected;
You felt delight
With the release of your toxins,
And I was left
With my illusion badly hurt.
I was a closed forest while you,
Treacherous jackal,
With tusks of pain;
It was a withered park and you,
Indifferent cat,
Scratched my heart;
I, a serene desert, and you,
A biting poisonous snake,
In a falsely decorated garden,
You were a deceitful spider
That entangled my reason.
What I thought was a source of love,
From the cage of your chest
Emerged foxes of betrayal,
Lynxes of deceit,
Coyotes of heartbreak,
Monkeys of hopelessness,
Piranhas that nibble,
Infecting with melancholy;
Bats of the order of misfortune,
Bearers of dark despair.
