2018.01.01 3788 The tongues that possess me

As an Assyrian goddess
Or a lion from ancient Babylon
I live in a sea of tongues
That each daybreak
They possess my soul.

Like flames of gehenna
Every morning I burn myself
As the burning sun
Pass through my inner self.

But when the day declines
As if they were oppressive
Suffixes in old Latin
Then arrives my despair
Conquering the last provinces
Of my faith.

Those tongues that possess me
Are persistent hammer
That blows the feeling
In my fairy tales.

Today for example
As these hours of the day
I want to jump back
And never ever hit myself
Against the walls
Of my words.
