When the shepherd who resides
In the lonely hut of my chest
Fell into sleep,
Your ferocious smile
Was painted with the malice
To devour my sheep.
As if they were delicacies destined
To satisfy your voracious appetite.
Layer by layer and flake by flake,
Like little clouds scattered
By the storm wind,
You uprooted from me
Every trace of happiness.
Your sharp desires
Grazed mercilessly,
Leaving my flocks defenseless.
Vulnerable to the whims
Of your desire,
My tender, delicate
Sensibilities
Danced carefree,
Without foreseeing the storm
That was brewing in your gaze.
The degree of instability
To which you pushed my heart
Left me at the mercy
Of the maelstrom you unleashed.
I was a helpless witness
As your insatiable mouth
Tore away pieces
Of my hope.
Wild animal without mercy
Satisfying its hunger.
Every bite of yours generated
A big bang of wails.
A genesis of screams.
A cosmic dawn of sunsets.
Your germinating seeds of pain
Were scattered.
